Flutter, the newcomer in mobile cross-platform app development

After more 5 years working in iOS development, I may not only want to develop the iOS app only. Writing Android app in Java is okay, but so many Android developers available. I don’t want to compete with them. Writing Android app in Kotlin is the better choice, it is more preferred than Java recently. But writing and maintaining two separate codebases are costly and not optimal.

Xamarin is one of the cross-platform technologies which I have considered. The Xamarin app performance is almost native, but Xamarin is not free for commercial use. Reactive native is another cross-platform solution, but it seems so many people having problems with it. The only one left is Flutter.

Open source, free, backed by Google, native performance, valuable features for development. These things are worth spending time to learn it and expand our skill.

Anyways, It can be your new journey tomorrow, be well-prepared and learn more here -> Flutter.io
